OfflineHi My fellow Graziosian. It is 3:35 am in Oklahoma and I am all fired up and ready to take action. I can't wait until the morning. I tell you fellow students, if you are a newbie and can't afford to joing the Academy program yet, liked me, I recommend you to order this program. It will take you to the next level. It was liked been there at the event. The books became alive seen all the Presentors and peopl we had read on the books liked Matt Larson, Rina, Jeff Jensen and the rest. And of course the man Dean. What a humble but direct gentleman. He has made this so affordable to us that is unbelivable. If you have to sell everything you got. Your dog, cat or even one of your children,(just kidding). You have to get this teaching even if you are planning to be there this year. I am so confident right now that I will make couple of deals before May's conference because I want to be there. I have to be there.
I got the course this morning around 9:30 am and started on it right away. I had an appointment with my realtor and I cancelled it to watch and do the course. She call me to reschedule and out of one little tip I got from Matt, I told her about my new criteria and on the spot she told me about this deal and she's is going to have a list for me tomorrow with more deals. Its being amazing what I've learn so far.
Tomorrow I will be reviewing the Lease Option strategy with Greg Murphy before going to se the realtor. One of my Ahah moments of the course it was the Hard Money Lenders with Nathan Street, what an eye opener to get financing for my deals.
Again if you have to make a big sacrifice to get the course do it. I did and I am 100% sure I can do this now.

And I can hardly wait to receive it. I ordered it last Friday. EDGE 2010 is not in the cards for me as ordering this was a financial stretch, but I'm sure EDGE 2009 will help to ensure I'm at EDGE 2011. I already told Dean that not only will I be there, I plan to be sitting at that table for the Insider meetings!
