This is unbelieveable I can't wait till it arrives, I don't think i'll be able to sleep until it i get it & even when i do get it I still don't think i'll be able to sleep.
I'm going to the 2010 EDGE event in May and I can't wait!
Please ask Nathan to talk about the banks he used to get three loans in 2 and 1/2 hours. It did not work for me. It took much longer. I have good personal credit but was trying to establish credit for my newly formed Real Estate Investment S/Corp.
So, maybe this was just to establish personal credit.
My private bank in Denver took over two weeks to complete the loan against a savings account that was a min. deposit of $3000.
They are charging me $75 to process and they said they do not report to a credit bureau.
Just a little feedback. This was the only thing I had trouble with.

The one thing I have to say about your material is i have never seen any bad. I really enjoy everything I see. I really wonder were I would be today if I had stayed active on here. I Just never realize what I was missing out on, when i really think about it it makes me mad.Someone reading this might think that I am ungrateful if the have read my journal, But by no means do I want to sound that way. I am very grateful that I have closed 20 deals, But at the same time I just wonder were I would be if i had used all the tools. I set petty high standers for myself, I told Matt i was going to win Deans send me away contest. when I look back I am amazed that I got runner up when no one here even new me. I never did post at all. But then at the same time that tells you how good the success acamady really was. But it's never to late. Today I am taking things to new levels due to all of deans materials. In closing THANKS DEAN, DREW, MATT And all the wonderful coaches at the Success Acamady. My goals are still set High that's the reason I want ever thing that I can Get. My goal is to reach 100 deals with in the next 24 months and pass Matt in the next 48.months.
