The FHA 90 Day Rule Has Been Lifted for 1 Yr.

I just found out that the 90 day restriction the FHA had on flipping houses has been lifted, but it has a whole new set of rules. It makes the FHA buyer less qualified.

You can go to http://portal.hud.gov/portal/page/portal/HUD/press/press_releases_media_...

and get it first hand. This is useful info.

Does anyone agree??
