Hello everyone,
I'm currently down in North Carolina and have come across some FSBO's at really great prices. Now what I need is to find some local investors to pass them off to. If there's anyone here who's from North Carolina and are looking for a great investment opportunity, please contact me ASAP. I will only be down here for a couple more days before going back home to Pa and I really don't want to lose out on these terrific deals to pass along. Remember, These deals will be gone as soon as I leave North Carolina so send me an email if you're interested in REI in the North Carolina area.

Hi Bryant,
I'd love to hear about the great investment opportunities you have in NC. I live just north of Fayetteville and am actually going to the Raleigh/Durham REI club meeting tonight and will have the opportunity to present what you have to many other local investors here. I'll be leaving to go by 4pm so if you can email me what you have before then, that would be great! Hope to hear from you shortly : )

Hi Suzi,
I apologize for not being able to get back to you before you went to the REI meeting. It's been a very hectic day here for me and I wasn't able to check in on any messages to my post until after 4:30. I've got my laptop with me down here and so I rely on wifi to get online with down (here which is hard to find)where I'm currently at. Let me tell you a little about the home; It's a 3bd, 1ba sfr with approx: 1200sqft of living space. It has high ceilings, dishwasher and refrigerator that stays with it. In the rear of the home is the washer/dryer hookups and a deck in the rear of the house. It appears to sit on about 1.5 acres of land(maybe a bit more) and has a large dilapidated shed in the rear. Plenty of shade trees around. It's going to need a bit of rehab work done inside to the carpeting and paint job to the walls. The flooring is hardwood flooring and not all of the rooms have carpeting. Plumbing is pvc and there's a central cooling system. Coal burning fireplaces inside(just cosmetic)not functional. I should have photo's up by sometime tomorrow and the asking price is $40,000 which leaves just over $14,000 worth of equity left in the property.
If you have anymore questions about it, please e-mail me and I'll answer them the best i can.
Thanks!
Bryant
