Hi everyone,
I hope you are well.
I have found several FSBO properties and put offers forward to these sellers via e-mail. However, some are coming back to me saying that I need to put an offer forward in the form of a purchase agreement.
Can someone please outline their strategy (dummies version) when making offers via FSBO or MLS listings for that matter?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Lee

with fsbo's I use simple private purch agreement you just fill out the address name of seller purch amount & earnest money amount which I recommend you use $1.00 like Matt teaches it works I have done it myself. PM me & I can send mine to you if you like.
With MLS you use their purch agreement the agent's association agreement-there is no choice you have to use theirs-so you don't have to think it about too much the agents will send you their purch agreements when you make offers thru them.
I would make offers via MLs, 25 offers get's you a deal more or less & fsbo's I would keep offering on those as well & keep them both going. congrats on taking action I am sure you will get something soon
I hope that is what you were asking in regards to strategy, if not lmk.
