Which should work out to about 15.5% ROI.

If someone would like to "partner up" & put up 40K, we would put up the money to do the remodeling/repairs; roof, new kitchen cabinets, counters, appliances, both bathrooms - toilets, vanities, paint, inside & out, carpet, etc.
It should sell for 70K completely remodeled. We would split the profit 50/50. Remodel/repair costs should be about 15K.
