Hi! My name is Wesley and, I am new to REI and am reading 30 days to Cash. Is probate real estate a good lead source? How do you find them? And where can I get more info?

Probates are great, out of our 78 deals, about 40% are probates. You can go onto any county's website & check their clerk of courts official records to research probates.
