Invest in real estate notes, 1% cash flow per month

Legal Paperwork

Is anybody forming a Sole Proprietor Corporation? I was told told that the State of Delaware has lower fees. Is it worth it to have the paperwork sent to my friend's Delaware address? Feel free to PM me if you have any info on this!!
