As you're getting started it would be important for you to learn some of the basics of wholesaling ... bird dogging, assignment and double closings..
there are plenty of links within DG to learn these basics...one of the MOST important aspects of wholesaling is developing a list of qualified cash investos! Again there are multiple links on DG that will teach you these
methods.
Getting started it would be great for you to attend your local real estate investment clubs ... these are awesome places to get to know your market and find other investors.
