Send them a mailer. Call until you get a live person. Door knock at the house.
This is a numbers game for sure. We make contact with about 30% of the pre foreclosure people we market to. Out of those we closes deals with around 2%.
So out of 100 attempts expect to talk to 30 and put 2 under contract.
Just keep doing what you are doing!
