The process in Washington State

Hi all
Ok, I have someone asking a question that I am having some problems finding the answer too. In WA how do banks file a notice that the homeowner has missed a payment? Is it like Cali that it goes to the county office as an NOD or ? There must be a way for someone to find these people before they go to sale at the court house steps? Thanks for the help guys..KEB64

I live in Washington and would like to know this as well. When i visit my county courthouse soon to find out when auctions are held I will see of they have any ideas.

Checked with them as well but the problem with city people is if it not their job they don't know.....Check please because we might get the right person..
