Help! Realtor's REO Contract in Maryland is TOO MUCH?

Help! Realtor's REO Contract in Maryland is TOO MUCH?

Is anyone in this forum doing REOs in Maryland? I am doing my first deal there and my Realtor's 'Contract of Sale' is 36 pages long! If you are active or experienced in this market (Baltimore, Maryland).

I could use some help.

Thanks,
Steve Hunter

Contract

If the contract includes all of the corporate addendums, that is normal for an REO.
You have your normal REPC and the bank seems to think they all kinds of additional legal paperwork.

steve

your realtor is probably trying to cover all bases. that said do you trust this realtor? if not get a r.e. attorney to look at it. also i'd send joe jurek a p.m. i do deals in md., but haven't dealt much with reo's.

Re attorney

Steve, I would look for an re attorney in yor area if you're not sure about the contract that your agent wants you to sign...
Below is a thread with a link to a site where you can find attorneys in your area
