It is NOT on Home Paths yet but, I tracked down the realtor. She is not pleasant but, I guess we are stuck dealing with her. I preferred when I could deal with just the bank rep at countrywide/BofA. Let me know what happens on your deal.
I am going on recommendations and offering 58% of the FMV and deducting the repairs so, we will see if we get laughed at.
