OfflineI found an empty house that has a couple of city notes on the window about cleaning up the place but that's all. I also found a house with a company sign that says at the bottom " we buy houses". I also found a hud house. So I'm thinking about possibly grabing the empty or the hud, but don't know what to do first, and call the guy of "we buy" to find out what he wants to bird dog and reasign if that is right?
Just got the book and think different course, just started it so totally new here.

of the empty property, search your county records and contact them and see what they'd be willing to sell it for to you to get the city off of their backs. Call the "WE BUY HOUSES" person and network see what type of properties (fit their criteria) they're picking up to throw a future deal their way. Research comps for HUD property, inspect it and decide if you want to submit an offer on it.

This is my first time going into this field and I'm excited,BUT when I lock up a deal, is it with the amount of the deal or with the amount inlcuding my profit? I'm on my own right now. Does one has to have a real estate agent to work with or is optional? I hope to hear from someone. I'm EXCITED on how to start after reading Dean's book, BUT I'M STUCK!?!?
