Anyone know if there's a list of multifamily REO properties available? I know of a killer deal in Anderson, SC which is too far for me. It has rental of income of $1920 and can be bought for $60,000! REO's can be found using foreclosure tools like Dean's Foreclosure Alert tool:

The other way is to research the country records and then call the bank who owns the foreclosure. Sometimes county records can be searched online. If your county is not online with them you will need to search the records at the courthouse. Or call banks and ask for a list of their REOs.
