Today I placed my first two(2) of twenty(20) bids on REO's. I've been advised by others on here to get myself an RE attorney, or to go out and have the properties inspected by an inspector, but being stubborn have decided not to(can't afford to is more like it). So, therefore I gave my agent the go ahead on placing my bids for me. I'm determined to succeed in my REI ventures and will just have to learn the hard way if necessary, but I feel pretty confident in myself. After all, I've convinced my agent and his partners that I've quite a bit of experience investing in properties. So, pray for my success(es), as I continue to pray for each and every last one of your successes.

Congratualtions on taking action and making offers on the REOs. You may want to include a contingency clause that allows you to view the property before finalizing the deal. Good luck with these REOs and your future deals. It is a numbers game and the more offers, the more deals. Believe and Achieve!

Thank you for the informative advice that you've been giving to me. You've been very helpful. I'll let my agent know to add that clause into the contingencies.
