Yep.

I have that one locked up. Smiling
I just noticed yesterday it had used those words. I have no idea why they put that, because everything is fine and in working order, heated and everything. All it needs is a little paint. Smiling Maybe an updated kitchen would be nice, but it's got perfectly good solid wood cabinets. Perfect for a rental.

Heh yeah..

That is code for: Bring an inspector... or else.

I love the mis-labeled ones!

When most people are running away, we are saying "Hmmm... I wonder what's in there?"
I have heard of dishonest realtors putting words like that in their ads because they or someone they know wants the property. I LOVE it that my realtor has the inside scoop on all this stuff. No "insider trading" here, but it's sure good to have someone who's been around for years, knows their stuff!

Yeah.. that happens all the time.. I dont know how many "motivated seller" ads I called on over the years...

And they want all cash at the asking price.

And when I ask how they are motived? Well, they do want to sell their house.

Yeah.. ok.
