Second thing: Go up the the search box in the left hand corner and type in whay you want to learn about. Don't ask any questions until you have searched for the answer yourself.
The answer to every question you will ever have is already archived on this site somewhere. Just do a search.

Im new to this as well. I just attended a Private Pre-Auction Real Estate Event last night. Its great that you have read the books already, But i agree with lanemccraw that all the info you need is post on the site already. I receive a dvd last night after attending the seminar with the books on there im about to view them so that i can start on one deal by the end of the month.
Remain positive and there are alot of supportive people on the site even if they are not in the same area. And remember like the instructor Mitch Johnson said the only thing that keep us from doing real estate is Money, Knowledge, and Fear.
