Be a Real Estate Millionaire is a great book! It lays a wonderful foundation for getting into the real estate business. Move on to "Profit from Real Estate Right Now!", "Your Town Your Real Estate Profit" and the creme de la creme "30 days to Real Estate Cash". I recommend them all! My favorite is "30 days to Real Estate Cash". Dean is amazing at laying out the process of getting started in this business. Take action and get a deal done!
