Which Program or Programs Should I Purchase???

There are different needs for different people. BARM book is loaded with all the info you might need, but I am sure you will have plenty of questions.There is TALD(think a little different) another version which is very helpful, the audios are great, I have both, plus I am in the mentoring program, which is just crammed with a wealth of info. Either way you go, you can't go wrong. Then there is the big plus, The Dean Graziosi Family which you are now part of. Log on anytime of the day and someone is here to help you. Thank you for your information. It was very helpful as I also did come across the TALD program which is very similar to the "Become A Real Estate Millionaire Home Study Program". I want to really get off to a running start so I've decided to order both as well as also receive assistance from the Mentoring program. After doing a great deal of research, including falling upon this site, I am very impressed by the forums and the support given as you put it, by The Dean Graziosi Family. I look forward to becoming successful along my RE journey as I also hope for you and all of those who have also come on board. I will keep you posted. Thanks again...Darlene

I've bought ALL Dean's products as well as other gurus' too. Dean's ALWAYS has great strategies and real life examples, so you can't go wrong there. I continue buying cds, dvds, courses and whatever else comes along, not because I have to but because I LOVE learning the newest strategies, it's exciting to me. Is that weird? Just kidding... LOL! I love continuing my education, and from what the coaches say that's what they do to. So if the coaches are doing it you can't go wrong!

I appreciate your welcome and insite. I am soooooo excited, so much so, that I wish my job which is laying us all off one by one would end the agony and lay me off already (with severance of course) so I can jump into this full-time and hit the ground running.

And no, I don't think it's weird that you LOVE learning the newest strategies...I'm the same way...my kids call me a "RESEARCHAHOLIC". I will read and read and and branch out into other directions as I learn. Just some times I just have to stop and apply what I read and learned. LOL
