The title Build Massive Wealth from Todays Down Market is exciting to say the least. It draws the potential reader in with the powerful words "Build Massive Wealth". This gets the prospective reader excited and most importantly, it appeals to even the average Joe because with the words "NO Money Down" it is non exclusive based upon his or her economic status. It also leaves the reader thinking that if I can learn to build massive wealth in this down market, contrary to popular belief, then I can utilize these tools to capitalize on the perverbial up market that will inevitably come. After the movie "Supersize Me" I think the last title could have negative implications attached to it just because of the word "supersize". Look forward to the new book. Sign me up.

Tomorrows Real Estate Millionaire: The PROVEN No Money Down System For Today's Market!

I wanted something that conveys the fact that it can be done NOW, without the good but clicheed expression "No Money Down". It is a simple, understandable strategy that anyone can master. That's why I picked "Down Market Real Estate Investing 101: Generate Massive Wealth From Today's Real Estate Market!"

Although we are all trying to profit from this down market, it will become a thing of the past. We have to keep our eyes on the now which is down, but also pay close attention to the up market which will come. To say massive profit yes, but for the everyday person grinding out a living and investing part time "massive profit" could mislead potential students, which is what we all are or we wouldn't be here. That is why my vote goes to #3.The "no money down" clues are what we are all looking far. I think #3 is the way to go.

I submitted the real estate investing 101 title. dont want any money just a thank u in the book would be awesome. Just wanted to let someone know. Im not saying im the only one but i did submit the idea.

While enthusiastic, the word "Massive" in other options sounds very embellished.

#5 "Supersize" sounds like current lingo, is straight-forward with its promise, and sounds believable and achievable! I think it would push indecisive people past the tipping point of actually acting on their dreams.
