you can use a simple hand written agreement between the two of you.State who the purcheser is thier address.who the seller is thier address(address of property being sold, agreed price, how price will be paid, any interest, and any other agreements or terms between you and seller, etc.) and have it notarized.you keep the original after it is signed and notarized .make copies for the seller and or attorney.I'm new but has worked for me.This can be used at a moments notice to get the deal.wish you all the luck
