All these title are very good. However, I would be afraid that the 14 day flip plug may turn buyers away if flipping isn't their thing. WE all know that Dean's book will be good no matter what the title is. I only have a few more pages left in BARM and I've been through his TALD (I can't get enough!)

choose from. I believe what the general buying public today is looking for SECURITY and a feeling of "this will work for ME", even in titles of books.

I thought the titles were a litle complicated (so I voted for the least complicated one). I know that Dean is trying to pack a lot of info into the title.

IMO, the title should be a SUPER quick, 1 second, attention grabber.

Those titles have already proven their ability to draw the attention of your focus audience: People who want to make money in real estate. The Time is NOW! because when people see a title like that. they are more way likely to open it and find whats inside because it's right in the spot.lol

Now that I think about it, I really like "Be a No Money Down Real Estate Mogul: Building Your Real Estate Empire From Nothing!".

However, you will be amazed how many people think we have an overload of real estate books but nothing that helps them in today's market. I think the book cover should have an insert that says "regardless of what market you are in". It's now left to Dean to ensure that the principles are time tested and proven to work in any market- 25 years from now.

Personally I don't like any of the Titles, There are too many words and all sound the same. The title needs to touch the inner person who doesn't think they can do it.
