Almsot there just need some advice

This isnt a success story yet but soon it will be just need some help. I recieved deans book yesterday and finished reading it in one day. It was an easy read but loaded with information. So i decieded that today i would start new and become a real estate investor. I found a pre forclosure and am going to talk to the seller the end of the week. I want to re assign the house to a real estate investor an have alot of numbers to call but just need a little but help understanding how to get the contract asigned over to me without any money down. Just need a little bit more clearance on it. Anyone with advice i would be more then happy to hear it any tips at all either would be cool.
