well, just had an exellent phone conversation with the inner circle members and got even closer with everybody. Learned a couple of things with the conference call, #1 I feel a lot better knowing that i am on the right track, looking for PRE-FORECLOSURES, RE-ASSIGNS, etc. I do plan on getting my PRE-FORECLOSURE letters done by the end of the week end. SULLY.

well, i had a meeting with a NEW realtor on friday 6/6/08, have to admit i was pretty exited to add a new experienced agent on my team, because my current agent just is NOT cutting it, but all that exietment seemed to dissipate as me and my girlfriend sat in the realtors office, she was nice and ready to help, BUT then when i told her the TRUTH about my credit history, she seemed to misteriously run out of time, and told me to contact her "loan consultant", or whatever their called, so needless to say, that was a little disheartening, SULLY.

i'm working on that, i just talked with my bank on sat 6/7/08 about opening a secure line of credit, but they don't do secure lines any more, only un-secure, and my credit is horrific, so thats another wall to get around, SULLY.

Was that Realtor and investor too? I found a couple good Realtors, that don't ask for your credit score at REI clubs. The one I'm using now was the same young lady I bought my house with. I think it's a shame that most Realtors won't give you the time of day if you're not pre-qualified!!
By the way, did you talk to Lilie about what bank gave her a credit line? It was just a few days ago she got it, she had it secured against her savings account.
We'll get you around that wall yet!!

Contact you local Keller Williams Realtors office and see if they have a REI group most of them do. Also ask for the names of the 3 agents that have been their the longest and what their sale records are - the you INTERVIEW THEM!

I like KW because he has the same philosophy as Dean and they usually employee long time agents that are or have been investors themselves. Check out my post on the questions to ask a new Realtor

alright, i'll take your word for it and ask, but i haven't even heard much about keller williams, not saying i did hear of them @ all, just not much, i will check it out though, SULLY.

Hey Sully just read all the comments. And here is what I did I wen to bank American credit Union and asked for credit card the told me I can get one with my husband as a co-sing sens I can't trust my husband I did not wont to do that I asked if they can do a secured one I tolled them taht i wont to establish my credit and I don't need much that I would be happy with $300 sens I had $500 in my seving and they take 120% over the amount they approved so and they don't need to verify the income. And about your credit if you wont to I can work on that for you you just need to pay the credit bareu you don't have to pay me. I will tell you what to do and you just have to do it I'm not sure if I can do it for you but I can try. you can contact me on my PM if you are interested I helped to fix my friends credit last year and in 2 mon. time she could buy a house.
