I am considering moving south, I contacted an investment firm called help you sell usa and they have all kinds of ways to sell your current home,although the market is so slow. They help you by either buying your home or if you want to do a rent with option or otherwise known as a lease purchase and so fourth and can even settle in 5 days. I am meeting with them Monday evening and will keep you updated on what i do with this firm, but anyhow on their website you can click on investments and it is very helpful. Especially for people that are selling their home like in my situation, i had a contract, but it fell through. If i choose to let this firm help me.I have so much equity in it from a previous sale of another home I am not going to lose because of the equity. I have my home listed for 225,000. I am anxious to see what their offer would be. I have already told them i won't sell for less than 220,000. Then i am going to fire my realtor because they are not what i want in a realtor. It is too bad Anita is not in my area. I used to think that these type of people rob you but also didn't realize they help you acheive what you want to do as well. I am only going this route because i have the equity and want it to reinvest in duplexes or triplexes. I want to live free, own the property and rent the other side or sides out. Cindy.
