OfflineHi everyone. We need more success stories. Please post any successful real estate transaction here. In the beginning when I started investing I was reading the booklets in my Think A Little Different over and over and the how-to information was great but, Dean's success stories are what really did it for me. As I read about his successful deals I began to see myself doing the deals also. Once you can see it in your mind then you will see it with your eyes. So don't be stingy with your success stories, your story may be the one story that gets somebody new the motivation to start.

He called late last night to ask me how I was finding such good deals and how I was finding buyers so quickly. I had to laugh because I guess it took him calling to let me know how effective my marketing strategy has been.
I used the things Dean outlined in his book and on the April 9 call. Craigslist, flyers at churches, grocery stores, hairdressers, hospitals....etc.
The hospital has been a very good one because here we have a separate with of the hospital for Maternity it is a whole separate building and parking lot and once I started putting out the flyers about having a new child...why not have a new home, my buyers database blew UP!
