OfflineI started a Investor and Bird-dog network here yesterday! It's designed to have investors new and seasoned to share ideas, knowledge and properties with one another. All you have to do is go to the fourm "My deals" and look for "Network for Investors and bird-dogs" leave a comment stipulating what type of deals you're looking for, deals you're trying to flip, Questions and answers etc. This will make it simple and easy for everyone to network and make deals happen!

which document do we use for bird-dogging fee as a binding written agreement with the potential buyer.

As you can tell I'm a newbie as an REI. Just got done reading Dean's book and excited about the whole concept. Today I'm going to look at a duplex asking 240k/must sell by owner. Site of property and location will determine my commitment.
Also called an investor waiting for his return call to meet me at a brokers open only to see residential home for sale by realtor group.
