I am credit challenged but business is all I know and I know I can spot a deal a mile away. I may be a newbie but I am a HUNGRY newbie and that makes a heck of a difference.

We do properties near Seattle. Seems like prices are high and going higher. It is tough to find prices low enough to try to flip!!
Try the foreclosure alert website that Dean offers. I dont use it for leads but there are some very good ones there
