Source for buying and selling notes / paper / contracts...etc.

I found this site to be very useful. Its a lot like EBAY but for realestate. It lets you buy and sell almost any sort of note, deed, lien, contract out there.

Hi Rina

I did not mention it before but this is also a site to look for investors. Put your deals up there with the interest paying and amount need with a little other infor and they bid on YOU! I think its great. I have 2 post up right now looking for investors.

Very interesting

I thought you had to be an accredited investor to be able to advertise an investment? If my memory serves me correctly you must make $200K per year for the last 2 years ($300K if you are married)or have net worth of 1 million dollars to be an accredited investor. Am I right on this?
