what is the correct contract to use?

I hope someone can help with the above question, because I want to know as well. I need a contract that will both, let me re-assign and let me legally bail if I can't re-assign.

If you run into problems or are uncertain about the solidity of your contract it may be prudent to have it reviewed by local lawyer or paralegal, which would also take into account any variations that may or may not be applicable in your locality. Once you have it, you can have peace of mind reusing it in the future on other deals. If you shop around you should be able to get it done for very little cost and will be able to be used again and again, so it's not bad investment if you are sketchy about the legalese.

I have just been asked this question by Spencer?
I went to the Forms and Docs section, is it just the one that says Assignment of contract? I just want to be sure so I don't lead poor Spencer in the wrong direction.

Hey Deb....yes the Assignment of contract is the one you would use between you and the person you are assigning to.

On the agreement of sale (contract between you and the seller)you will put and/or assigns after your name and after your signature.
