Getting a mortgage?

Im new here and I am in no way shape or form qualified to get mortgage. Is it going to be possible to implement any of Deans teachings on foreclosures without one? Im not going into this negatively and am definately open minded...im just wondering about this one. Thanks for any info.

Well welcome to the family!! Of course you can do this with out a mortgage or no money or no credit!! Sounds impossible right?? lol i know... It can be done... Do a search on this site (upper left hand corner of page) for birddogging or wholesaling. As a newbie I would def recomend either of those. That is what i am currently doing right now and I love it. Read everything you possibly can on this site... There is nothing but good info on here... Goodluck and keep us posted!!
