THATS THE LINK ABOVE. IS IT WORTH IT? I TRIED OTHER SITES LIKE FORECLOSURE.COM AND I PRINTED OUT ALL THESE FORECLOSURES IN MY AREA. I THOUGHT I WAS ONTO SOMETHING. I CALLED THE # FOR THE CONTACT INFO AND I FOUND OUT THE PROPERTY WAS OFF THE MARKET FOR 1 1/2 YEARS! THESE SITES ARE WORTHLESS. ONLY ONE I LIKE IS *sitexyz*
I BOUGHT THE BOOKS, WENT TO COURTHOUSES, WASTED $ JOINING SITES AND I'M STILL BROKE. I DONT KNOW WHERE TO START WITH THESE TAX CERTIFICATES AND FORECLOSURES. THERE'S AN UPCOMING JUDICIAL SALE IN MAY IN MY AREA, AND TAX SALES IN MAY IN MARYLAND..BUT THATS TOO LONG TO WAIT.
HOW DID YOU GUYS MAKE $ RIGHT AWAY? PLEASE FILL ME IN!!!

You said you went to the courthouse, didn't you find the information there? You may be able to access the information online from the county accessor or recorders site in your state. We can do it here in AZ, but I don't know about your state.
