Looking for Mortgage Broker

I am new also to this real estate investing, I have had a hard time trying to locate a mortgage broker to fish out a mortgage company for me. Do you use one M. Broker or do you have more than one? I have asked this question around the dg forums and have not got a reply, is it a secret when you find one?

I Have a remodeling company we do it all and have our own licensed employees looking to start the process we have a ex broker on our team and a mortgage broker as well, looking for a money person and have some property's that i have in my customer data base that have passed or have been in process of foreclosed on or just deciding to go south where it is warmer weather.
