Hi Sam,

MLS is short for Multiple Listing Service. As soon as a realtor lists a house on the market, it will have a MLS ID number assigned to it. You will find this MLS ID number on any house that is officially listed.

Check out: www.realtor.com (usually the ID number under "Additional Details".)
On MLS.com you can search for specific properties with that MLS ID number.

Dean, if it happened for me, I would say I have not evolved yet to see an amazing transformation.
And now that I am on this path, I need to not give up. Designed for us to be the exact person who I am today.

HUD DEALS, thanks for sharing. But I have to get a good realtor to make the bids.

Great Weekly Wisdoms, really needed that weekly wisdom today. Yes, athough things happen to us in life...in the end they really happen for us.
I can definitely say that although I have done alot of R & D to get to this point,I would not be where I am at today if I did not do That R & D which happend for me! I need to ThanksGiving for what I have today that made me the person that I am and move forward by GIving it forward while giving thanks Giving...!!

First I want to thank you Dean and Matt for the information that was given to us on Life lessons and the Hud foreclosures.I caught what Dean said when he said that Tony Robins ask him that question..."What if life didn't happen to us"? Then when he say...but,"What if life happened for us"? I could see many areas of my life where if what happened to had not had happened at that time I do not think I would be in the position to do and receive the blessings that God has allow me to receive. Thank you guys for being faithful and focus to this.I also had a question Dean.A friend of mine contacted me and asked me if I had any cash buyers who could purchase properties in bulk.Now I have only been involved in assignment deals since I've been doing this and I had never known that investors purchased in bulk because I never heard you talk about that.I told him if I came across any buyers that qualified to do this I would give him a call back and work something out with him. I starting looking for this type of investor and found three that are looking to purchase in this manner which has had me on the phone with my friend and the cash buyers last week with three conference calls.I have had the buyers email their criteria to my friend who has this type of broker business and he is in the process of facilitating the buyers with the tpye of inventory they have sent to him. I have to come up with a broker fee agreement with the buyers that I have brought to the table but I have know ideal as to what form I should use that is on the DG site.What do I do now Dean? Can you advise?

My husband and I brought a house. We did not have a lot of information on buying a house. Things did not go as plan. So, I decide to educate my self about real estate. Thanks Dean and Matt for all that you do.

Great info about HUDs. Its funny because I have been browsing through HUDs lately wondering do they make good deals and from hearing this I see how they do make good deals. Thanks Dean and Matt!

When asked, "If you could change the past, would you?" My answer has always been, No. The events in my life, have shaped me into the person I am now. Life creates opportunities in all forms, it just depends on your perspective and mind set what you take away from each event. Thank you for sharing with the everyone. It has helped prevent me from being negative or bitter. Considering everthing, I have done pretty good. Admittedly I do allow set backs or obstacles to distract me, but I believe we are all works in progress.
HUD listings have not been in my sights, as I need a few deals before I can afford the EM they require, but thank you Matt for reminding me that option/opportunity is out there when I get to that level.

Dean and Matt, I love what you learned from Tony and have shared with us. I wanted to share that I have learned to look for more motivation and learning on YouTube, by searching for people like Tony, MasteryTV, Denis Waitley, Darrin Harding, Napoleon Hill and many others. It is there to inspire us. Matt - great info on HUD. I had learned some of this from another person and have seen sales pending and then come back into either the Exclusive or to the Extended. Can you send me an email and explain why some of the homes HUD owns in a county never seem to come up for sale. I went through the Auditor's website to find all the homes HUD owned and have seen some that have not come up on the HUD.gov yet.

Will look for HUD property deals thanks Dean Hope I get a good deal for 2014 and keep doing it no what

I really think everything in life happens for a reason and there is a reason everyone is here on earth.If someone does us wrong its "fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me".What you do on to others will be done unto you what goes around comes around.Thanks for the message and knowledge Matt and Dean I picked up some more tools that I put it my real estate tool box that I will definetly use when needed.

I liked matts message more because it was relating to real estate not to knock dean but deans message was more concerned with life and mental logic.Its like if a person needs heart surgery you don't give them a arm brace.My beliefs are strong as far as why things in life happen the way they do. I need real esate education.Thats why I think matts message was best for me.

My wife is terminally ill for years took all we have for medical,but I will keep searching for a way to change this situation. You hint in the video that you would give a link at the end for a couple friends that does Private loans,that would help me a lot to get it. Thanks guys and have a great year.

Dear Dean And Matt, You guys were truly awesome. Quote By you(Dean) "what if life didn't happen to us but rather it happened for us"? I believe that life itself happened for us by God. However, often times, I get in my own way with doubt, fear and bad choices. Furthermore, I still have doubt but it's not you(Dean) or Matt it's my own self doubt and fear again trying to get in my way. I know I cannot keep on allowing that to happen if I plan to succeed. You have done a wonderful job of reinstating that fact for me in your previous blogs. Therefore, I know and understand that I must step out side of my comfort zone which is my current job and what I do on a daily basis. Thank you(Dean) and thank you(Matt),too. Wow, this is a very informative Weekly Wisdom. There is no doubt that every choice I make brings me to a different path than if I make a different choice. So the choice I make now is in the present and life has happened for me.

The HUD information is invaluable, also. I love the from the field updates from Matt. You two make a great team. Thanks to both of you. Informative and inspirational In the same video. cool.
