Dean,

I am finally online with DG and so excited to commit to getting going with my own Real Estate Investing career. THANK YOU for providing the tools we all need to learn, network, share, inspire,create and DO Real Estate Investing.

I was inspired by all of the speakers at the EDGE 2013. It was our first year and we already have our tickets to go back next year. WOOT!

I have been truly blessed in my life and I want to do this business to be able to give back.

That doesn't mean I haven't had some serious challenges, because I truly have (and I know I will have more). But it does mean that I recognize that I have made it through the difficult times with the help of others (and especially God) and I am grateful!

I want to be inspirational to others just like I was inspired by Chad, and Jen, and Gena, and everyone else who spoke at The EDGE. I'd like to be in the position to be of assistance to anyone who needs help one day (temporally, physically, emotionally, financially...). That is my WHY for now. If I can help to lift another of my fellow human-beings (brothers and sisters if you will) that will be the most fulfilling use of my energy and personal power.

Thank you again Dean for providing such amazing opportunities for us to connect and inspire each other to do good things. We can make a difference for our families, communities, this Country and the world.

Second time seeing and hearing and it is even more awesome.

I missed the EDGE, this year, got caught up with other education and missed the EDGE! And I knew Jen Grey was going to speak, PLEASE, PLEASE continue to share her story, I viewed her past videos and love her. Matt is great and all the rest by just so great to know the new comers like myself.

If I was there at the Edge, i would of got into that line and gave her a hug.
More people need to hear it just like she said it.When i was at the I.E. party
i should of took the opportunity to talk with Jen.

Thank you Dean and Team very much. The Event was UNBELIEVABLE! I wasn't there but I watch live. It was a great experience and lots of information. It would be better if I was there to meet with all of you and networking. I know wasn't there in person but next I sure will. Thank you again Dean and the Team.

Dean I have to say that Jen didn't just make people cry at the edge...but her spirit and words
spoke to and touched me too...I cried too, not because I gleaned a great nugget, but because I wanted to be there to experience everything first hand. The draw of the need to associate with the
winners in the DG family.
I would like to partner with people like Jen or any other D.G. member willing to give someone a hand up in connecting the dots for beginning to get to the closing table...again and again.
There are no others out there who have what you have Dean! Your the Best. Phil

I can't believe all the stuff you do for us. You and my daughter are what keeps me motivated and I will definitely be at the edge next year. I know I have to earn my success but I'm just hoping a little bit of you rubs off on me. I'm a single Dad Raising my Daughter and trying to be the best Dad I can be. So I will work very hard to be successful for her. Keep up the Great Work and that will keep me going!!!

I have read the testimonies from the edge event and the comments are so encouraging. Its a goal I have set to make sure I attend an edge event. Next year I will hope to be there.

I'm inspired by the clips Dean, of regular folks making it in the tough US economy. Question: How can DG help me reach out to 10,000,000 Global Filipinos (yes they're working as Overseas Filipino Workers or OFW). Making good money, but not investing it well as in real estate. Can we do a DG in Manila? Or should I just start one here inspired by what you have done there?

Hello All, I just watched the sample video of the Edge2013 event and I would really like the thank Dean and the woman who spoke, she was really inspirational. I could identify with everything she said. I had been doing all the things she mentioned and I'm in the same situation. I've been getting so discouraged because the bills are pileing up and I still haven't made my first deal but after listening to her, tomorrow will be different. Thank you

the speakers all had something I could take away. so many aha moments. this was my second edge and so far they just get better. info is cutting edge working NOW in the marketplace, but the relationships are worth the price of admission. people say the reason most folks have family is so you can hang out with people you'd normally never hang out with (they must've met my insanity....I mean family ). the thing is this is a family anyone with a positive attitude would be proud to hang out with as I am. Ok so first off Jen Gray is awesome! I'm broke and busted right now but she inspires me to know that I don't have to stay that way and that it is possible to do this business without having someone in your corner cheering you on. Like the bible says, encourage yourself! thanks Dean for the footage.

I can't afford high speed. But I can afford
jogging. In other words if I had to pay for
the tool for configuring buying a property you
gave a quick peek at, and anything Matt Larson had to say, regarding the market and the strategies, each week. I could afford
and would gladly pay a "jogging fee" of $ 30.00 / mo no sweat. The reason for this is simple.

I don't have enough time to be on the computer hours at a time. I work at a company that does
value stream management. Less people more productivity. Most times 10-12 hrs / day 6 days
per week. I need info that is concise and direct and filtered to get the most out of it in shortest time frame to really be an advantage.

I know this might sound like a cop-out and if I
really wanted to change my life I'd do whatever it takes. But I don't have your perseverence. I
get tired and need sleep,but still try to squeeze in family time as well into my daily routine. That is my request if something like that is possible. Straight forward advice and direction that's current, I'd be all over it.

That way I could get done what needs to be done and enjoy a relaxed weekend at the Event with all of you next year. That's my dream & goal.

My first edge event will not be my last the atmosphere of can do with no negativity is so refreshing. Jen your Awesome Dean put her on the road she will make everybody want to do real estate investing Cant wait til next year

The edge was truly amazing and I enjoyed ever moment of it. Myself and a lot of other people had quuestins about Ali's technique. It would be great if he can go more indeph, I was able to locate doctors, venture capitalist and so forth but I can't seem to get their email address, I get the name of the work, address and phone number but no email. I even tried googling just their name same thing poped up. (2) when he meant by professional managed did he mean PM in place(full circle wholesaler)

The EDGE was a great experience, as was the IE party. Tammy Reoch, thanks for being a great team leader for Success Tigers and for your inspiring life. You go girl! Carol Stinson, I just read your post here ("There is no where else I would have rather been that right there soaking it all in."). Is that a reference to your hot tub incident?

Dean, you've spoken before about the energy in the room and you weren't kidding. It's the intangible, yet almost palpable, benefit that I hadn't realized would stay with me for so long. I am so grateful for the opportunity to meet such lovely people, especially you. And your staff! Megan is Wonder Woman and Gail and Lacy were a delight. Also, Nicole was very sweet as we played phone tag for a few days while she helped me with some things. Your kindness, generosity and sincere desire to support your students are evident in everything you do, and your staff reflects that brilliantly.

You are a beacon of light!

I am one of those people who got smacked in the face almost as soon as I stepped off the plane. I work in retail and we were 1 1/2 weeks away from inventory when I went to the Edge. This store usually refuses any time off requests at this time. They were kind enough to give me this time. I paid the price when I got back. I spent the next 9 days working 12-15 hours per day to help get the store ready for inventory. I am finally getting back to my normal schedule. I am glad I went to the Edge and it was amazing. I have already started watching the replays to get me back into the excitement that is the Edge. I was there this year because I had a little bit of savings I could spend. I wish I had the money to pay for next year. I am going to be doing everything I can to get back there and to stay on the IE site. Thank you for this opportunity.

By the way on the evening chats in the IE site there are a lot of investors who would like to hear from Ali especially about the 20-25 tips he gave at the Edge. I have noticed that he has not done a Daily wisdom lately. Is it possible for him to get something on the site about the tips or even host one of the live chats on Tuesday or Thursday. I know there are at least 10 or more people who would like to chat with him. If you could get the message to him we would really appreciate it.

Hi Dean, my husband and I were there at the Edge Event. I thank you for choosing Jen's testimony to put on here as a clip. She made me cry because I think at some point we all have been broke and busted. She was her own cheerleader and I just think that there needs to be more people with her attitude and drive. We are not victims of circumstance, our circumstances are what drives us.
