you can do it, the righteous are as a bold as a Lion Proverbs says and you dont have to sound like an expert just that you are wanting listings & for them to send them to you point blank, vacant, as is & price reduced, SFR's(single fam residences)starter homes & ask them which areas are the hottest to invest in & let them guide you.

A good realtor is also going to guide you in the right direction if they are rude, or condescending or trying to push you around dont let them just say politely "this isnt going to work sorry" and hang up & go to the next ok. God bless

Ok if you weren't there I am truly sorry it was the most amazing and moving weekend I have ever had. The education and speakers were phenominal. I lear5ned something new from each and every one of them and if you have bought any of Deans real estate books and read it all the way thru and can't do this then your doing it wrong it will doeas and has worked time and time again. I know I started Jan 3rd 2013 and i close my first deal friday may 3rd 2013 with only following the recipes that Dean and Matt and all the rest have used tested proven and are still using each and everyday. Now for those who didn't make it and didn't get to watch here is the best nugget to take away from this years EDGE event. Jen Gray had the whole place in tears when she spoke from her heart and told us all YOU HAVE TO FACE YOUR FEARS... thats it in a nutshell if your scared to make a call JUST DO IT if you are afraid to put out signs JUST DO IT. No matter what the fear is you can overvome it because YOU ARE PERFECT BECAUSE GOD MADE YOU AND HE DOESN'T MAKE MISTAKES

This was my first Edge Event and I thought it was awesome. I got out of my comfort zone and walked up to everyone I could and introduced myself. I have always been very shy and I decided since I had this opportunity I was going to take it full force. I was able to pass out lots and lots business cards and also collected lots and lots. Several people didn't have any but I gave them mine anyway. I would like to invite all those people who got my card to send me an email and say hello. I would love to stay in touch with everyone I can. over the course of the next week or two, I will be emailing my hellos to all the people who gave me cards. I hope to hear back from everyone.

To all of those who didn't go because you are going to see the replay, this is for you.
I currently have EDGE's '09, '10, & '11 on disk and have watched them. But I made a promise to myself that I was going to GO to the event someday just to see what I was missing or IF I was missing something by not being there. Well the answer is, you definitely miss things by not being there. Even watching it live isn't the same. It's close, but not the same. Most of all, you miss opportunities. For example, the opportunity to look your fellow DGers and IEers in the face and say things like "It's so nice to finally meet you in person" then see their reaction or "Thank you for all the help you've given me over the past x amount of months or years" then be amazed by their response. What you really miss tho is the energy of the room. Hearing the speakers tell you their knowledge is great but seeing them react to your expressions is even greater. Watching them watch you "Get IT" only helps them more and makes them want to share even more. You don't get that by watching on a disk or from watching from your living room/ computer monitor. You don't get the little things that are shared by your fellow DGers after the event is done for the day and they are just "shooting the breeze" around the dinner table or lounging by the pool. This is invaluable!!! But most of all, had I not made it my biz to get there this year, I would have missed out on not 1, not 2 but 3 separate "by chance", private encounters with Dean, Matt and Ali. They didn't know me personally before this event yet they remembered things about me from posts I've made here. How great is that? Do you think that will have a lasting effect on me and my life? You bet it will!! You just can't get that on the replay.

So I urge you all, if you want to have a life changing event happen to you, make it to an EDGE event as soon as possible. Be aware tho, there is one less seat already not available for next year, MINE!!!! I'm going back for sure!!!!

So when you read this Dean ( and now I know for sure that you will ) I just can't thank you enough for all that you have done for me and all of us Dgers. There just aren't enough words. Please thank Matt and Ali again for their time with me for me. I look forward to seeing you all again next year, if not sooner.

Wows totally mind-blowing! By Sunday afternoon, my mind was spinning with so many golden nuggets and alot of Ah-ha moments, phew! And meeting you Dean and seeing that you give sooo much back to helping all of us to become what we all dream of doing! We all deserve to become a way better version of ourselves, and you with your awesome speakers, crew and most importantly, your family have given nothing but passion and love for us all makes me want to always to reach all my goals and help as many along the way!

WOW, what a phenomenal event! Even watching all the previous years events, last year being my 1st in attendance and then this year - holy cow. It gets better each year!

We come to DG and IE through out the year to 'plug in', get a rapid charge, but being here in person, being around likeminded people, FEELING the energy and unity, even as simple as having a meal and talking about RE is awesome! ~~ renews not only mindset, energy but spirit. Rekindles and reignites the fires! When finally realizing "This is MY Time" moment! That we are destined for greatness!!!

I am STOKED and just stinking excited because I know that decisions were made, new goals set, dreams were enlarged, Why's were clearly defined, lines were drawn in the sand, ownership and responsibility being taking because during this event you have awakened your warrior within and I CAN NOT wait to see and hear the success stories of everyone going out and kicking the worlds tail, taking action and making it happen! Refusing to be denied!

It was the best one yet..I have been to last years and have watched the others as well. I feel you improved on this one 10 fold. I had the honor of being on stage yet again and it gets easier each time i do it. Goal is up on the wall as of this afternoon..Teach a class at the edge 2014 on wholesaling short sales (the ends and out). What do you think???? Dean i love we are able to do in helping others that are just one or two steps behind..We turn around and put our hands out and pull them forward... The best way to spend the rest of my life bar none..Keith

I am so grateful for this year's event. Always out of the box thinking and Dean and Matt are always years ahead of any other "trainers" out there. Having moved to a new area and huge transitions in the market and my lifeI am grateful for the knowledge to tackle the changing market.
Beyond the knowledge I found the event to be personally challenging, even painful, pushing me to levels of self respect that I haven't felt in years. I had so many revelations that I am still reeling. It is these moments that for me push me on to accomplished amazing things.

Thanks to all that put this together and to all that have touched my life this weekend.
Dean your obsession really does change lives on so many unexplainable levels. Thank you ,thank you!

I was working my catering job, with an ear bud in one ear listening to the live Edge event, 2013. This would be frowned upon normally, but I got away with it. I was cooking mini grilled cheeses, chicken quesadillas and mini ruebens, and I was listening to Ali. I was cooking 3 things, listening to Ali and UNDERSTANDING Ali! This was a huge AHA! for me. I listened to him in 2011 with the home course. I knew he was too smart for me then. He still is now, but I got it! I was standing in front of my burners saying, this guy is a genius!

I can't wait to go back and watch the event with the Ali that I didn't understand. This is so exciting, I wish I had someone to call and talk about it!

It feels so good to be apart of something like this! I thank God for putting Dean Graziosi in me and my wife life this dude is truely the best. If it wasn't for Dean I wouldn't know about REI and I definitely wouldn't have had the opportunity to attend this years Edge. I was determined to get to it, even with the obstacles that was thrown to me this past month. We learned so much and made some great connections. Now I gotta take what I learn, tweak my business, and follow through and get ALOT more deals under our belt. Just being in the same room with all the great people and seeing Dean for the first time, shaking his hand. I even gave the man a hug lol, thanks man! Thanks to the speakers for all the great tips and the knowledge to keep us all going hard and kicking butt. It really feels good. Thanks Alot!!

inspiration. I really do not want to wholesale, prefer to hold and flip. Have 3 fixer uppers that need work, ripped off by numerous rehabbers with more work to do. Also some animals got into one house did more damage. Along with brown reclue spider infestation in all properties.

Morning to you all, I didn't get to go to AZ., but a lot of my friends DGrs and IE that went are fired up (and by the way I am too).
I am getting together a lot of the info., I have and working on going forward with all of it. I was at the EDGE on line and I could feel all the emotion of the people that actually were there, and I am looking into the possibility to go next year God willing.
Looking into partnering with somebody to start making deals, I don't know how right now, but as they say WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE IS A WAY!!!
Thank you again to DEAN AND HIS TEAM, that made this event possible and that were ready to help with unforeseen events on line; but they were quick to respond, and to you DEAN for pushing us to be successful in our Real Estate Investing journey.

Another great and truly amazing event that once again motivated both of us. We were one of the "old ten percenters" from last year -- but it is not going to happen this year! We've already started getting up 30 minutes earlier! With all the great speakers with their news, tips, and motivations, anyone who attended or watched live or on replay cannot help themselves - they will take off. Anyone reading this - don't do what we DID, do what we are going to do - TAKE ACTION.

Wow!! Just got back from the Edge Event in Arizona. It was Amazing! What an experience to be surrounded by everyone that is a Real Estate Investor with the same goal and the same mind set. Everyone was more than happy to meet everone else it felt like we were in a different world. All of the connections I made with other Real Estate Investors that wanted to connect and look for deals to do together. Even those that had not done their first deal connected with others to help them. It is just so positive so energetic so encouraging so much knowledge and help. Dean was so down to earth speaking with everyone that he could. Carol, Jen, Joe, Ali, Gina, Andrea, Chad. Matt Larson broke down how to look for the Emotional Buyers in this shifting market. Jen and Andrea gave us a guide on how to commit to our goals and to never forget we are champions and no one can tell us we can not do this! Let us get out of our own way and commit to making our dreams come true! Look at your self to see WHY do you need this to be successful! I am there next year without hesitation!

Thank you Dean and all of the speakers including the staff for making it the best experience ever! Your encouragement you energy and your positive outlook of life. We are all responsible of our own destiny we write our own ending to our life story! We are the only ones to blame for if we do not take the action needed to make our dreams come true!

Thank you Dean for an awesome three days. I just wish maybe in a future you’ll do a five day event. It is just incredible how pumped up you get by listening to all the speakers and like-minded people.
I got home last night from the Edge and already today I am putting Matt’s and Andrea’s technics into works. Even yesterday I put my goals that I made in a plane, on the bathroom mirror. I don’t care what it takes I will make it happen. My greatest moment was when I shook hands and had a privilege to take a picture with the greatest real estate entrepreneur/teacher in the world. I will be back next year.

where to begin? awesome event as usual. you hear so many things over and over, but those little tweaks and adjustments are sooo important. it allows us to have "the unfair advantage", and i'm perfectly ok with that . I was honored to meet with so many people that I've talked to over these past few years on dg but never met.
I connected with something EVERY speaker said. I consider myself a mans man, but when jen had my eyes watering with emotions that I've struggled with and I know many others can relate, I felt I was truly amongst special friends and family. she was wrong about one thing though. she was not alone, for she had God and the dg family with her all through her struggles as do we all.
now before we get busy with our lives, let's all remember that nothing worth having comes without sacrifice. so make the commitment right now. not tomorrow. none of us came to dg or bought a book because we were happy with where we were. the definition of insanity is doing the same thing expecting different results. make the change. turn off the tv. it doesn't pay you!! do whatever you have to do to get to the edge or watch it on livecast next year. my year (like Gina's) will be measured from edge to edge. DO NOT look at next years edge and see you haven't made any accomplishments. don't cheat yourself. I was extremely humbled to be a part of this event and this site. if we've in any way inspired anyone to step out of their comfort zone and commit to chase their dreams and control their future then we've improved this crazy world we live in.

Thanks Dean for the time of my life, really, it was awesome! Wonderful, impacting, life altering and I will never be the same. Everybody that couldnt go you have to go nxt yr it w/change yoiur life forever, make it happen. I already have my ticket for nxt yr. I would say w/I learned w/partner up w/someone on this site in your area or out of your area and put up bandit signs & both help ea other take calls, or one of yoiu does 1 thing like make the signs & somebody else puts them up.

I partnered w/some people & I w/be answering the phones for them since they dont have time & also calling for rent ads to find seller/buyers, I just added a buyer today doing that. So you can do things your partner doesnt or cant do & that way partner w/someone & split the profits! Thanks again.
