Hey Dean!
I was excited to learn about postlets! Unfortunately, because I am in Canada (and have a Canadian email address), Postlets would not let me create an account. I am so disappointed because it sounds like a really amazing tool! I have run into this problem when trying to post ads in the States as well. Some sites will only allow American email addresses. I find this so frustrating! Any suggestions?

I created a Postlet on Zillow regarding a Property I have been following in my area. The Postlet is a great tool to use when asking questions to my realtor regarding a potential property. Thanks for the Postlet Tip and for sharing the other great tools that you and your team share.

I am having a real problem posting there since for some reason when I enter my phone number a SKYPE logo is automatically added so they cannot verify my phone number.

Hope to be able to rectify this.

I created an account on Postlets.com and I'm anxious to get started. I'm attending the 3 day conference this weekend in NYC and I am so excited to start my future while still addressing how far I've come.

I really liked your advice about looking behind at our accomplishments rather than the horizon and I do find that to be more motivating.

Hi Dean, thanks for the inspirational blog about the Gap!! I have been trying to avoid it and each day there are overwhelming circumstances that effect how I may think my future in RE may become.
But with your help in positive thinking I just keep pushing on.
I have a several possible deals that my buyers are ready for but I'm not sure how to pull the trigger!
I hope that Postlets will help me do just that.

Thanks Dean. I just created an account on Postlets but don't have a property to sell at this time. I wish it lets the users search for properties on the site like zillow. Awesome post, great job!

I don't have any homes to offer at this time, but the program looks awesome. Thank you for the good advise.

I think you might have misheard the message. Dean wasn't suggesting we "set our sites" on the horizon, he was saying that setting our sites on the horizon is futile because it is unreachable. So in essence, the suggestion you offered is right in line with what he was suggesting. Thanks!

You really hit it on the spot with this one. I have been so disappointed in myself lately because I'm always looking at the horizon and feeling stuck in the gap. I have to admit I haven't done all that I should have done, that's why I'm not where I want to be. But like you said, I haven't given up yet and don't plan to any time soon, or ever. I'm pretty stubborn when it comes to that. But I will look back more often to get a sense of accomplishment when I'm feeling disappointment. Thank You.

As far as Postlets, I did a post. Since I'm starting property management I posted one our rental properties. It's pretty cool but it's a little hassle to post one picture at a time and they can't be edited if they are sideways :/.

Good Afternoon Dean! I just finished browsing around on Postlets.com. I put my first property for sale on there as well. I don't have any pictures yet and am excited to get started. And what better tool to use to get the pix than perhaps a new I-Phone? hint hint, pick me! lol.

We all need to be thankful for even the little things we've accomplished and learned. Looking back, no matter how small the steps, helps us recognize that we have indeed moved forward and one day, when the deal is right, or when the timing works out, it will all add up. So for this I'm thankful...
