Hi Dean and Fellow DG Students and Investors,
I saw the video and decided to try Postlets.com to see the kind of report/pdf it would create and found out there's a lot to it. I received some training from a competitor company and maybe that's why I haven't made any money with them. They gave me some other sources for creating my own forms/documents to submit to 3rd party lenders or banks for funding purchases, but many of them are not available anymore. I'm looking forward to actually taking action and believe that this will make 2013 a great year for activity to help a lot of people.
Winning a new iPhone 5 would be a great tool too. I'm building an iPhone/iPad app that will streamline the process highlighting the techniques as taught by Dean and his Team and will test it on my own investment property search and purchase process. I might even make it available for other DG students (provided it's OK with DG..)...

I just sing up on postlist it look like a great tool to work with. Dean at one time or another people get side track chasing the horizon. I think the best thing to do is, to go back to the goal you had set for this year, and what link are you missing in your power team and get on track. watch your WW every week to get motivated, because your biggest obstacle is your mine.

I started practicing different properties in the Postlets after the event in Vegas, including our own house since we don't have any property that is under contract yet.And honestly,it's an awesome to use, very attractive and professional way to post a property or to present it to the bank when you're talking to a loan officer.Thank you for showing us this website.Great marketing tool.

i signed up for postlets today and hope to learn more about it. i have been reading the posts of other members and i got a website from here about realestate that was trying to sell it to me but i thought it was you supporting it lol but now i know it was a member after listening to your blog today.

Cant wait to put my first true deal on there. made one up as a draft using my own house. I like how when you put in the address it gives some estimates as of value and other info such as walking score etc.!!!!!

It appears I already had an account setup, but never played around with it because I didn't have a property to work.

Well I took your advice and I used my own residence, and I have to admit, it was really easy to use and the listing looks great.

I created an account on Postlets. I don't have any listing yet. I enjoyed the weekly wisdom. I am trying to get my head back in the game. I am reading books and watching the weekly blogs. I already took the course through PMI last year but I am having trouble just getting started. I am going over the lessons that I had previously learned. I don't intend to give up. I just need to take action. Thanks Dean.

Thankyou for sharing your weekly knowledge/wisdom. I created my Postlets account and listed my vacant rental house and will be listing my properties through the account. The Zillow connection is priceless from the value. I feel this site will be used more than Craigslist for property owners/managers. Where do I need to send the iPhone for the knowledge in learning about the site? What I have found out is that when you share your knowledge, you receive much more back than you give. Again, thank you for sharing this information!

Thanks Dean for that weekly motivation! I'm one of your newer students, with that being said... trying to juggle kids, work, and the family can become somewhat overwhelming especially when trying to learn something totally new. Sometimes it just seems like there are not enough hours in the day! I'm really thankful for that message you shared this week because sometimes I feel like I'm not where I should be. However, we are making progress and learning new tools and ideas everyday. If I really think about where I started...I'm not doing bad at all! I don't have any properties to place on Postlets right now, but I browsed through the site and I see that it looks like a great tool to use when we do get those deals to going! Which will be very soon! Thanks again!
