great couple, I would like to know more to be able to do first deal?

Been into this real estate game a while and have struggled. Don't blame this on no one but myself and fill I must push that much harder to get things done. I will make it a point to visit much more regularly.

Just getting my feet wet with this type interaction. Went to a recent DG workshop in Nashville. Very well done. I am very pleased with the way this organization conducts itself and I hope to become a more active member very soon. Looking forward to learning more about Tax Certificates also. Thank you!

I loved this blog for two reasons, Dean was having fun interviewing this couple. Second, I took a workshop back in June 2012 and applied some of the techniques I learned to get my empty house noticed again. Had it for sale, lease to own, owner financing and rent. I applied what I learned this past month and I have a great realtor and a new tenant renting my house Sept. 1, 2012. Thanks for the great info Dean and I love ya for doing this free website.

I had Dean's books and audios and loved everything I learned, but my desire to take action really kicked in when I became part of the online DG family and started networking in my community with other investors and like minded people. This concept of being part of something bigger has not only helped me in Real Estate, but in ALL aspects of my life. I'm more active in my church, my community, and within my family and friends because of my new found enthusiasm to be part of something bigger than myself. Thank you to Dean and everyone on this site who has contributed.

Dean, thank you again for an awesome blog! It means so much to me to see people succeeding in REI. People's energy and enthusiasm along with your own is just what so many of us need. When you're surrounded by nay-sayers you can start to believe the things they're so anxious to tell you. But your blogs and others success reinforces what we know to be true and true about ourselves.

First off, let me say thank you Dean for all you do to help your students be successful. My husband and I are students and are working diligently to get our first deal. Your Weekly Wisdom, blogs, etc...are so motivatational, exciting, and encouraging to us. It is very exciting being a part of something much bigger than ourselves and I'm sure we will feel this even more once our first deal comes through. I call our Advisory line several times a week for additional advice as well as training, our coaches are all very inspirational and knowledgable. Thanks again Dean for caring so much for others and making this dream a reality for so many folks!

Wanted to, but cannot afford signing up RIGHT NOW for advanced training but have been working since Sunday evening to MAKE A DEAL IN THE NEXT 30 days so I can afford to take advanced training ASAP. I AM going to make it happen as I am reading Dean book 30 Days Real Estate Cash and in the am I'm reading Think and Grow Rich by Napolean Hill.

Couple are inspiring and they give so hope that I can do this also. Thanks to all of you.

This sounds great. I'm going to start rereading one the books in just a few moments. It's always possible to learn something new from reading the information a second or third time.

Dean, My husband and I have signed up for your 3 day training class AND purchased the Tax Lien course. We are very excited to learn new things and take our careers to a "whole notha level". I am a Realtor and believe being a part of your team will further my knowledge and be so beneficial to our future. Thank you for your wisdom. I totally understand this is a process, just like life itself. Each little thing I do towards my goals with this program, gets me closer to my goal. And every goal achieved is ground for a new milestone. My mistakes are just part of my learning and thanks to input I receive from the coaches, members, my team, and everyone who participates in different ways in this organization, I am able to redirect my course and stay focused.

It is really important to have the DG family in your life when you need advise and help. I have been out of the game for a while but trying desperately to get back in. I really need to make a change and have things happen for me and my family because we are struggling. It is up to me to get my bottom in gear and work towards my goals. Times are hard for me and I can't find a job but I know that one of these days I will find a way to start your techniques. I keep seeing all these For Sale By Owner properties in my area and wonder. Wow..that's another opportunity I drove by. Again thanks for being the person you are. Take care.

Still nervous, haven't been able to make my first deal. I just keep on thinking of something going wrong, but if I don't take action I won't know and won't get to learn much more than I what I already know. Great inspiration...@ a pace of a turtle, but I will make it to the finish line!

I'm glad to be part of this group as it gives me the knowledge of what I need to do to make my first deal! I am working on it! Yesterday, I called PMI and spoke to Roy.....what a nice guy! He gave me a pep talk and told me what works for him.....gave me more confidence and a path to follow........thanks! Hopefully I'll see you at an event some day soon!

I have to compare myself to things bigger than me to get bigger. When you compare yourself to yourself or something smaller the most you can get is to stay the same.

What a cute couple. Great comments about sticking with the system (since it works!) and planning on working-it won't happen by accident. Good encouragement for me to continue doing the training, meetings, reading books, trying what works for others. I get more daring the more I am around others who are doing the same or listening to their videos, reading their comments. Good stuff!
