Dean,I want to thank you witth all my heart for the consistently relevant and timely content that you deliver every week. I am probably the most stubborn or the most negatively conditioned individual on this site because it has taken me five years to hear what you've been saying all along about mind-set! But I am finally on the right road. I have joined the Success Academy and your coaches are truly amazing. I work on the way I NOW think thanks to "Totally Fulfilled", and I have continuous proof that this way of doing things does work from "The Edge 2011" and the members of the DG family. It is only a matter of time before I shake your hand in person!! Continued blessings to you and all of my DGers out there. Carol, I'll soon meet you too.

But, yes dean we all know that matt is one of your favorites, sure it is great that he has made it so far too. I have been at it for about three yrs now and still nothing. Do I have hope any more now, very little no matter what. Yes I am working my way to the top, the top of the bad side where everything is going wrong that can go wrong. I gave up on the local area I live in because there is no money to be made, people are getting what they want for their properties, investors are selling, nobody wants to do owner financing they all want cash, the properties being sold at these prices they are getting the numbers do no break even, cash flow a property for 20 bucks no way. Maybe things will go better in my next life, I shall fear no evil as I walk through the valley of death while trying to do this.

Hello Dean!

I just want to share some amazing news! I just purchased a deal in Volusia county, florida and spent the last 45 days remodeling this deal! This property was a bank owned deal and I used the 25/1 strategy as well as bandit signs to build my buyer's list!This stuff really works Dean!!!! I just signed the contract that my buyer's attorney drafted up! I paid 32,900 put 8,500 worth of repairs into this deal and i am going to flip it for 73,000!!!!! I'm so excited Dean! My first property that I bought is located in Palm coast, fl and that is rented out for 250 cash flow every month! Now my first fixand flip I will profit over 30,000!!!!!! I'm so fired up! All my brother's want to join me!

I love you Dean Graziosi! Your my hero! You are so inspiring! I have read most all of your books! I can't wait to meet you in person and shake your hand!

As soon as this deal closes in August, i'm going to get on the PMI success academy and do a success story!

Hi you guys I was thinking of Matt alot last week and this one as well and what he went through and Iam starting to feel the same stuff coming my way , but rather than stop I want to work even harder and my back could not be tighter to the wall than it is right now and all I can say I will not 1 quit, if Matt can do this in his situation so can I,Iam living out of a truck which isnt to bad this time of year but winters are harder and financally it isnt good, many thanks to you all, Jim

It's been awhile since I posted a comment to your encouraging weekly wisdom. They are very uplifting! Keep them coming... I've been re-reading your books "Profit From Real Estate Right Now" & "Be A Real Estate Millionaire". Im applying everything step by step what to do, like a receipe as you mentioned in your book(s). And stepping out! I truely believe that God is lining up the right people in my path! and resources as well. To help me get started. I've already stepped out this week and looked at a couple of properties, just to at least get the feel of it! And believe me, it felt Great! I look forward to going to my first Investors Club Meeting! And start networking with other Investors, and learnging much, much, more. I even have a Real Estate Agent who is already sending me listings, of all sorts of properties, locally in my area. Because that's where I need to start! Not jumping all around. God is truely the center of all I'm doing, because I pray to him first to give me the wisdom, and make good decisions,and in my studying time. Thank you Jesus!! I owe it all to him, and I thank him for you as well!

After watching, listening, and reading Dean's book I was still a skeptic, or maybe it was my lack of confidence I also attended his Income Property Cash Flow. When my gut instinct said now is the time I took action. I have just recently submitted a bid on a foreclosed property in Arizona from Bank of America. Now awaiting to see if cash offer will be accepted. Thank you Dean and your organization for all the information and insights, so very much appreciated.

I am very inspired by you and by Matt. I am working hard to get my system running smoothly and seeing this video gives me hope that I can do it too! I am closing my 7th deal this Friday thanks to you!!

Dear Dean, hi I am using this system but a little confused am I just supposed to offer because I am here in San Diego 80% of asking price on the price reduced, vacants etc or run comp's first? the coaches on the advisory line are saying differently saying to run comp's but I don't think that is w/you n Matt are saying. Thx you guy's are my heroes & I am gong to get my 1st deal here soon & plan on making 700k every 6 mo's too! Action!

Hi Dean and DG family, I just wanted to say that I've love the blogs they are very motivational and I love the vlogs they keep me pumped to go on with my daily priorities in life. I'm excited to reaching my personal goals and becoming the man I strive to be. I agree, the correct mindset is everything. I can really relate to Matt, having to hide the Real Estate books that he is reading from the naysayers. One needs to remain focused and positive on the Real Estate Investing activities in hand. Negative energy from those around you can be a big distraction. I just finished the Advanced Training in Birmingham, AL. in June 2012. I am working on setting up communications (Business Cards, Free Website, and 24 hour Robotic Message), this month. I am still searching for someone to partner up with in the Jackson, Metro, state of MS area. I haven't completed my first deal yet. However, I am working on it with a passion. Thank you for the motivation!!
