Dean Graziosi Weekly Wisdom #193 - Mindset Means $700,000 So Far This Year

Dean, My wife Karen and I started your workshop in may of this year, and this video spoke to us. We are the one that has been powering through and we have yet to get our first deal. We continue to build our power team, call the advisory line, and continue to learn about property finding.
I, Joseph, look forward to your videos each week because right now you are considered our mentor. Finding a mentor has been tough in Kansas city, KS.
August 14th is our 90days from the tuition. We continue to have that as a goal to get our first deal in 90 days. We are in the no money no credit group and we knew it would be a challenge. We continue anyway. Our why in doing this is the experience, and the knowing of what we will do with the money once we get our momentum going.

This one, you had me tearing. Yes, I met Matt, & he is definitely the real deal. I haven't made my first deal yet, & have used the 50/1 strategy, but i am not quitting. & i know, there will be a YES somewhere during my endeavors & when it come, there will be celebration , a celebration like i never had before, & thank you for the support Dean, its not easy, but just like one of my old bosses in the U.S. Air Force always said - "" they always told fighter pilots, '''it never will be easy'''.................. & Congrat Matt, retiring your parents, I know that was an everlasting achievement. I know they are very proud of you man, ..... & Matt, i never forgot about what you said to me at the event - will continue to pursue..........

I recently missed out on an amazing property by not being able to put in the correct bid. The next property is coming up very soon and I will be able to apply the knowledge I gained from my mistakes to aquire this next property. It's alright to mess up, providing you learn something from it.

Thanks again Dean for the inspiration. I haven't done that first deal yet, but I am working on it. I will not give up, and I will soon be posting my success story.

Dean, You and Matt have taught me what I need to know to succeed. I want to say to our DGFam - find out who you are in this REI world and be your own definition of success! You cannot be someone else - but you can bee successful you.l Cheer for Matt and his level of success and be happy for each level of success you succeed. Dean teaches us to count our successes along the way. Do it and be encouraged! Keep pushing!

Knowing where Matt and you started and how you persevered through it all (bad times included) makes me want to do even more than I'm doing. I have 2 deals under my belt and I sometimes wonder if and when I'll have my 3rd one. Then I smack myself and say... it's not if... it's when. I will keep on keeping on because I have to prove to myself that I can do it.. not to anyone else. I already know I can and I will continue. Thanks for another motivating weekly wisdom!

Dean,you are a+ when your feeling are on the surface. And way to go or lead the way to Matt.Yous two strike me as the odd couble :)in a good way.He's burned out you refuel him, he's short on time,you convince him he just isn't in the right frame and how much he's really needed. thank you both and I'll catch up one day.

Amazing that he has to pay taxes on that much! He has to be buying so many houses along with making that much. You guys along with joe Polish are my favorite people in the world right now. Finished my boots on the ground in April and are on my way to remodeling down town Lincoln, ne along with owning the best bar in town. matt is really kicking butt out there wish it was me:) I am in the middle of my first deal,and scared to death that I will make a mistake. had a real estate agent tell me that what I was doing is illegal because I was not a real estate agent.SOOOOOO many negative people out there. Will not use him at all now, must move on to another agent for this assignment of contract.

Fhanks again for another reaffirming blog. This I have to share. I started this week watching this program http://www.hourofpower.org/videos/index.php I had to wait until Les Brown spoke. A very important message. Then I watched your blog. Another important message. Followed by my 1st deal being accepted. Surround yyourself with positive like minded people and great things will happen. I'm reminded of what TEAM stands for, Together Everyone Achieves More. Nice work.

Jen, you have such a way of posting that gets down into a persons soul and I can really relate to you. You're right about Dean and Matt, they don't settle. They are constantly breaking into new heights. And I'm sure it won't be long before you'll be there as well with your drive and mindset.

Matt has to be an awesome person to have your respect. You are the greatest. I am so appreciative of your transparency, your compassion, and your faithfulness. I am working on getting my contacts and my organization together so I can make my first deal. You have said over and over again that the first deal is the hardest. That is so true, I can't afford to make a mistake on this one. I am learning every day something new. One of my college professors said, the first thing you learn about a project is the language. I know I will look back on this with fond memories.

Hi Dean,
Because of video last week I have decided to take the Harassing Torment of Boom Boom Boy when I feel the vibration or here the different sounds of bass, instead of staying in my apartment allowing it to harass me, I will allow the harassment to push me closer to my dream and goals by going out to one of the locations the e I saw houses that look abandoned or like they do not have recourse to take care of the houses and write down the addresses.

By the way the abandons house across the street I found out that it is bank owned not owned by a realtor. But I am not sure who the 3rd party is the workers were telling me about. I gave them my phone number for the person handling the property to call me. I don't know if I can get the property but when we talk I will tell him I am trying to find an investor who is willing to help me invest in our children that need a safe place to play.

When I hear from him I will let you know the out come. Can you make a property a park under a 501c3 non profit so you don't have to pay taxes on it? As right now I have no money to pay taxes on it. I would not be charging money of any kind just wanting to give the kids a safe place to play without neighbor complaining about the children having a good time.

I don,t know what I will do with my list of properties except keep the list and pray for someone to help me get into your academy by using those addresses and flipping the homes and split the profits from the homes we can find to flip on the lists to flip. I even found some house propertied.

I am still working on the 25 to 1 with agents but no luck yet. Maybe I am too intimidating for them Thinking that I will take their buyers and sellers away from them. As every open house I go to an open house they always ask me if I am a real estate agent. I am not sure if that is good or bad.

I can not wait for your free training August 9th as I can pick up something new at each one. I don't know how I will get in your academy but one day I want to be one of your top students. All I know is that God will make a way when there is no way.

I can't seem to get myself started with my investing and I can't seem to stop thinking about RE.

I found the motivational thread and I just wanted to share it with all my DG family members.

I hope this helps all those in need of a little extra push. Not to say Dean doesn't motivate us, he is one of if not the best motivator.

Always be mindful that you're a product of your environment.

So choose an environment that will best develop you toward your objective.

Analyze your life in terms of your environment.

Are the things around you helping you toward your success, or are they holding you back?

The first step toward getting somewhere is to decide that you're not going to stay where you are. You're not a captive of your environment.
If you don't like where you are, you can make some changes. You're not planted permanently in the ground like a tree. Don't say, "You would, if you could," start saying, "You will, because you can."

When you become a part of anything it becomes a part of you.
I am ready to help 4 more people have more free time with
their own internet business.
