Thank you Dean for this inspiring post this week.I do have alot of people that are depending on me to be a successful real estate investor. This is my first post on your blog and I feel like this is a big step for me..You really hit struck a cord in my heart that I should not give up.. I do want to be a millionaire and I'm shouting it out right now.. in the center of the room. I read all the other posts from everyone and it hit me that I am not alone. We all face this fear but we cannot let it destroy us. Thank you again for your enthusiasm and fire!

Participated in an auction this weekend. I was outbid within 13 minutes, but somebody is getting a fantastic deal on a great house.
It was a good exercise to learn how these auctions work!

Dean, I loved your "words of wisdom" this week and last. Hank and I have bought in and we really feel that we can make a difference. The DG Family is a group of people that have come together for a common purpose. Yes, to better our lives, but with Real Estate, we get to make a difference in the lives of those we do the deals with, as well as our own families. When we met with our DG Mentor last month, R.G. Williams, he told us that we needed to have a Brand so that people will remember us and want to work with us. Well, we came up with our Brand and it is strongly enfluenced by you, Dean. I want to be a part of the dg fam because of the way you go about business. I believe everyone should have access to opportunity. Opportunity evokes hopeful feelings, the spark that ignites the flame of faith. I still believe in freedom, hope, and dreaming. I am able to devote so much of my time to real estate because it feeds all the positive aspects of who I am. You have no idea....I could write a book on just the past couple of days and how whenever spoke bolder and bigger how much better I was received.

I see Dean and his army of dgers (do gooders in my mind)changing Americas financial future. That part is easy its just $. It is everything that leads up to financial success that is most valuable. I could go on but my words are not adequate enough to describe the impact this family is having.

Knowing that there is someone who believes I can other than myself is comforting. Thanks for all of the resources, tools and education you provide to move us all forward regardless of the daily obstacles we all face. I am committed to using real estate as my path to financial freedom and look forward to the day when I can say that was then financial lack and this is now constant financial increase.

Thank you so much Dean for this week's video blog. I couldn't have asked for such a better blessing than your book. I've been apart of the SA for the last 10 months and haven't taken action yet. I would start and never finish. Always having excuses every step of the way. I decided to start you book Totally Fulfilled this morning on my train ride to work and one sentence completely changed me, "Chances are, without realizing it, you've been conditioned for mediocrity. Until now." That one statement spoke to me. Now things change. The time is now to make it happen. Thanks again Dean for your never ending words of wisdom.

Thanks, Dean-- we needed some encouragement this week for sure? We are continuing to move forward and get that first wholesale done--it is really taking some persistence in our case ! We feel like your "poster children" for the "ordinary" students who things aren't happening for as fast as we would like !!!! We are setting weekly goals and writing them on our bathroom mirror and making offers like crazy ! We have made about one a day the last two weeks and had two counter offers so far. Thanks for your energy ! I hope you know how much it helps us !

I allowed myself to have a sleepless night after being grilled by my father-in-law as to what the heck we were doing getting into real estate. Knowing there is someplace to go where we will not only be supported , but encouraged and acknowledged by like-minded people means all the difference in the world to me and my husband. We are just starting out and we sometimes feel vulnerable. Thanks for providing a place where we can go to get re-charged as often as we want.

Believe it or not, I finally know how to post now. This is my second post. I received Totally Fulfilled and I thank you very much. My 30 day Fast Cash course is taking me a little longer but, I will get there. Thanks Dean and thank you D.G. Team for all the support.

I have been on this website nearly 2 years but have not done a deal. I am getting a bit frustrated and don't know what to do. So I thought I would just layout my problem here to see what can be done to fix things.

I am 42 years old and am an engineer and make a decent income - $90,000/year but it seems that I just get by month to month.

I pay $1600/month for child support.

I own a house - $160,000 mortgage; $1200/mo payment.

I own one rental property - $94,000 mortgage; $650/mo payment plus HELOC loan $26,000; $500/mo payment. This rental brings in $1200/month income so it pays for itself.

Toyota Highlander - $16,000 Loan; $610/month payment.

School Loan - $8,000 balance; $200/month.

I have a wife and 3 children (ages 11, 7, and 2). The 11-year-old and 7-year-old do not live with me but visit a month in the summer and various holidays and breaks throughout the year. My wife works also as a school teacher but she is getting ready to start her Rank I which will cost $9000. She doesn't want to work; she wants to stay home with our baby boy and maybe have another child.

I don't have a bad life but I don't feel that I have anything to look forward to. I can't get out of debt to get to a place where I can save any money.

I have recently thought of going another route than real estate lately and trying to write and publish a book instead but I am not sure what to write about. I just purchased "The Charge" by Brendon Brechard; hoping it might give me some "charge" to build a better life.

Not sure what to do.

Last time I posted I said we are the pioneers. Others watch us and may be unsupportive or even negative until we have success. Then they are more supportive or may even want in some times. Now you say others are counting on us to succeed. I think that is the perfect next topic. If we are the pioneers and lead the way to success then I also believe we should be the leaders and the examples of what good people do when successful. They SHOULD help others to around them and help other people succeed as well. That is what you do and we should all remember to do the same
