Your codes are tought to break -- I find it difficult to distinguish upper case from lower case and you webside does not provide a simple way for me to ask for a fresh set of code letters.

Thanks for the insight this week Dean. I'm still pumped up. I haven't gotten my book yet. Problems with the order, but I am sure it will be here soon. I am taking action now though!! I have found buyers and some great deals, nothing 'AMAZING' yet though. I know when I get the '30 Days To Cash' I'll be armed with all I need to for my 7th question to become a reality. You know, people always need a livable place tha'ts clean to live, At least most individuals care about that, I know I care about what type of home I stay in, Your right Dean, Its Logical and real estate is a roof over your head, and what we are capable of is providing that to people who need it but also we are supposed to provide a way out for people who cant pay their mortgage any longer, or just don't want to because of their situation, putting and offer down and by using the techniques that are allowed it can happen I know im one of those who doesn't get inspired very often if at all to do what it is that im trying to do, only God is there to guide me mentally when i feel no support from those around me, I Love Your Site, because when I need more information to help my confidence I can always find it here. I Thank you in my heart and hope to one day show my appreciation once I've taken flight and am now in the sky.. I hope your making it a great day. Take care!

I actually find it motivating when those around me doubt me. I look at it as a challenge and it helps me to stay focus to achieve my goals and prove those doubters wrong.

Are you really still giving away copies of your book? I posted right when this one came out and got it shortly after...then looked up what's hot on the website 5 weeks later and this is number one. Your are such an amazing person Dean! I try to use everything you say in everything I do in life not just real estate. You are such a great life coach....and the best part is your free!!!!!!

I just finished watching (again) your video "Weekly Wisdom #184 - Logical Decisions". I am one of those people that decides things with my emotions! But I'm learning to think logically, and then decide! I am on disability and have been wanting to get into real estate for years! I have watched you on TV for years! Just too scared to take action because I generally get burned! Why? Because I act emotionally, not logically! I agree with you Dean, that this is the time to get into real estate!
