Find the time
I did watch the dean's blog I just didn't write it down Sunday I made a trip tothe hospital. Everything is okay. I started going through material on Dean's List Special Report' and took notes on it. during the day I cleaned up the kitchen and worked some more on the Internet I went to prayer meeting this week. Two nights this week I have been studying material to get to know the business. I read the blog # 138 on bad credit ratings, Tuesday I went to the event in Fairfield. I pad a bill and talked to someone about the R E business.I stayed up all night going through the Profit from Real Estate book. Im up to page 131. I like the business and I like the way People like to help. I,m tired of being broke and not having money to hep others out.Thanks for reminding me topay more attention to what I'm doing. Sam AventP. I started this thing on Monday, and already I'm having a "Oh my god." moment. I'm seeing the things that are benefiting myself, my family, and people around me. I'm amazed at how powerful this exercise really is!

Yes, Dean, we have to dream or manifest first, but you are right. Action has to follow or it is just a dream. And writing things down really make us pay attention and change the things that do not matter. As the song in the movie "Sister Act II" stated: "If you want to be somebody; if you want to go somewhere, you have to wake up and pay attention!" Of course we are all busy, but it's the ones who go the extra mile while his friends are sleeping is the one who makes it big! At least I ordered your books. When I receive them, I will read them. And I will go from there. We need to take action in spite of our busy schedules. Can't wait for the next bit of Weekly Wisdom!

Finding buyers
I've finally calmed down enough to stay right on course I'm doing everything you say to do and its going step by step the way you say it will. I have a list a mile long of cash buyers that my real estate agent got me I'm mapping my areas to. Its giving me lots of work but I found out (with help from the hot line)how to get addresses and info for potential buyers. I'm calling for rent signs I think I'm really close and I'm filling pretty good Thank You (the lots of work is really cool and I'm learning loads and I fill that I'll sound like a pro when I show Interns and others what I learned and other people start doing most of what I'm doing now) Thanks Again

On It Boss!!!
Wow Dean This Really Hit me where I live... In the wallet. For the last several years I've put a l..lot.t.t.t of time in driving a truck and saying I want to make this real estate thing work but where am I going to find the time? My son and I Have recently recommitted to acting and we're in the dg success academy. I told my son, that because I'm out on the road "supporting"; that I really needed him to take the lead. (We support each other both parts of my family If Son and wife need it and Dad and mom have it They Get it and Vice Versa) I told him, if he needed anything from me to let me know my intent is to be able to say to him, "On it Boss"!! So, he pulled rank on me this week, and; said "Dad, I know how hard your working but i really need you up to speed (like your supposed to be studying those lessons also) before we bring you home and there are some things you can do from the truck" I'm not going to go into details but he's right! and so are you!!! for instance is it really worth 7/24 on the road to help my family what would help them more? Anyway, he got me thinking a whole different way because I had already said "on it boss". So, I immediately started thinking about people I knew who might Join our team including the book-keeper accountant who will be incorporating us soon. My whole point here is that you can say to yourself "I'm real busy helping my family" and that SHUTS OFF YOUR THINKER. For instance: What has a higher priority? making a living renting my time and brainmatter out for pennys an hour; or, MAKING A LIFE FOR MY FAMILY? See? making a living is not making a life; and, IF IT UNDERSELLS MYSELF; IT IS JUST AN EXCUSE. Right now I have to stay in what I'm doing but it won't be for much longer. When I do come home I will have more time with my family and be providing for them more efficiently! so Dean... On It Boss!!!
