I have watched the blog several times, but I didn't write a comment. Everything you do is great; you're always helping people. When you wrote your books you changed countless lives, and you continue to do so. I want to thank you for giving us all a chance and thanks to the dg family especially rina for always helping out in unbelievable ways. I'm sure everyone appreciates all you do. I can't wait to hear the success stories of the scholarship students!

Dean you never cease to amaze me and Rina you....well you are just YOU!. I have lots of love for both of you and I think Paying It Forward is what makes the world go round.

This DG fmily just keeps getting better and better. Like Rina said, from the first time I saw you on TV.....

First, Happy birthday Dean! I am in the same boat as Martin7. I don't know my way around the site very well so I am having trouble finding the application for the pay it forward scholarship program. I would love to be a contributor once I have a few deals done. I am about to lose my house to foreclosure. I think I still have a little bit of time though. However, I could put off making my truck pmt to cover the $300 as long as GMAC will work with me. I've been laid off since 1st week of May this year. Since I'm not working I've been applying a lot of time to REI but still don't have first deal done. With the help and guidance from the academy, time spent would be a whole lot more productive. Right now i feel like I'm just spinning my wheels and not getting anywhere. Please help me move forward and get the first deal done. Thank you for your consideration!!!

P.s. As frustrating as it is right now I am not giving up. I believe I can make this work.

Happy belated birthday/anniversary and thank you for all you have done and for responding to my request. I am reading "Profit From Real Estate Right Now!” I am a little more than half way through the book and anxious to start investing, flipping etc. I am enjoying your web site and videos too.

I am making a new beginning and would greatly appreciate any assistance you can send my way in the form of a scholarship that I would be only too happy to repay at a later date. Which brings me to my point. I am excited to hear about this scholarship and unfortunately before I received the blog link this week the applicants have already sent in their apps. I am most eager to get started with your program. I am a single dad and I workk two jobs, one is real estate (not very successful) I must be doing something wrong and the other is a lab tech. I am so busy that I do not have the time to spend on the real estate. I do not even have enough time to spend with my son. He is 13 now and the time that he needs me around the most; I can not afford to take time off to be with him. Two months ago I became ill and took a month off and sure enough one month with no income set me back so much. It was not enough that I was barely making it paycheck to paycheck. I just want to be able to take a day off here and there without worrying about where my next paycheck is coming from. I read and hear all the success stories and I would love to be a part of it. I will contribute to the scholarship fund after my first deal and I will make a small donation to the fund after every transaction I make. I believe in 'Karma' and 'what comes around goes around'. More strongly I believe in "paying it forward". When I am successful I would love to assist someone to be successful also. I have always been one to assist others in the past and I hope to do that again. Please accept me as a last minute participant, applicant and I pray that I will be chosen so I can begin my career successfully and have more time to spend with my son.

I trust you had a wonderful birthday and enjoyed the time you were able to spend with your family. I am not so fortunate. I work two jobs and I am barely making ends meet. Great idea, and thank you for putting this together. It's a beautiful thing that someone can use this system to do their first deal, and I hope I can eventually contribute to this recycling fund.

I have read all the response here and true to my belief some of my colleague in the Dean's family need a head start up like me to start our Real Estate business such as the Academy students to effectively have a deal in Real estate. Hopefully we will be all accomodated and for sure we will give back the benefits to our Dean's family un the future...dom

Hi, I just wanted to send my first post for a subject that is such a great idea. It seems i have been reading and watching forever, and yet still doing nothing to really fullfill my goals, but the buck stops here and now. Thanks for all the ideas and i will now get my first deal somehow!!! Also by chance i also share that day, My birthday is 11/20/ 1945!!!

Dean I just want to say happy birthday. I'm sorry I didn't get in on your birthday but I figured better late than never. Also, I'd like to say thank you and all who helped with the new scholarship. That is very great and such a blessing. God is great and he works in mysterious ways. It's wonderful how people take their time to think about others, they don't even know, and lend a helping hand. We need more of that in this world today. To whom ever wins or qualifies for this scholarship, I pray for the best for you, and I hope that you reach for the sky, and succeed as far as your mind can wonder. Just remember to give back, and help others to become successful.

Happy Belated Birthday to you Dean and to your daughter as well. I regretfully missed out on the scholarship opportunity but feel that it's a great idea! I have began reading the materials I received in the mail and truly think that it is an awesome read, very educational. I'm both anxious yet afraid to make the next move. My heart says...oh yeah! But my mind is at a halt with it, questioning if I can make this thing work for me and if so - how, when my credit may plays a factor. Hoping that this not be another bad experience for me, especially because I do need to be able to make some serious money advances in this stage of my life. Rina's idea is amazing!! I personally believe in helping others out when needed. I found it very hard to get started in this program due to the fact that I'm a single mom. I took everything I had to get started because I want a better future for my daughter and I. When given the chance, hopefully in the near future I will be more than willing to give back for I personally know how hard it is to get started. Thank you to all that are involved in this generous act of kindness!

This is a superb idea! An Academy Scholarship and to provide the money as a loan to fund their 1st deal, GREAT idea. I'm working on my 1st deal, and I know when I've completed it, the sky's the limit. This will be great incentive to move forward in Real Estate Investing. Thank you for being YOU and for helping all of us accomplish our dreams of financial security!
