I spent 3 days watching The Edge videos. They were great and I can't wait to start my training tonight. Thank you for all the time and effort that you give to your students.

The Rock Bottom Blue Print is great! Already found a great agent who is putting in low offers as soon as I send her my price. When people have said no she says she'll lok for more! The RBBP Rocks!

The past few weeks has been awesomely incredible from the RBBP videos to now. Lots of inspiration and motivation. Although I wasn't able to purchase the RBBP this wk I am pumped to start using the materials I do have. Just got to take action. Thanks again for all u do for us and I can't wait to be a success story. Can't wait for more to come

It was really tough but bought the blue print. found an agent who works with investors but kind of dragging his feet on list of cash buyers.

Just like the others I have to thank you for the encouragement and the inspiration; you never stop giving hope.
I am reading your books and material as fast as I can so that I can get in on with life by becoming a real estate investor. I was over-joyed when I thought I was getting the Rock Bottom Blueprint, but my partner pulled out at the last minute and I couldn't afford it on my own, but I will Never give up as I KNOW this is my chance to finally have the life I have dreamed of. I ordered your rock bottom it should be posted wed 24 th aug was some error but also orderb your chance to getb the edge for your special offer which ever one comes first i will absolutely try to wholesale something in the next 30 days and i have already tried to acquire a buyers and sellers list like the mom name carol who works at home. I will not quit until i do my first deal and then i know it is possible for me if i don,t quit. Dean i will do this. Dean, Thank you, for your insight and for this site. I been in your success academy and learn so more. I'm now working on 3 deals a SFH, and two mutli-family properties. I will flip the property. So DG Family don't give up. The family here can tell you I was at that point and the family here huge me and help me thought my dark time.

It's amazing what you can accomplish when you follow instructions. I got the blueprint last week. I already have a list of buyers, and agent, and attended a REI club meeting (where I met investors that buy ugly houses, and even envestors from Mexico). I'm on week three already and I'm exited about what's going to happen next! Thanks Dean, you are the ONE!
