i love greg murphy...he is an awesome matter of fact kinda guy (seeing from his video) unbelievably inspiring. when i get doubtful or discouraged i watch his video... you wouldn't believe how many times!!!
and dean u reach us bcz u tell on the little voice inside that says in a million ways u can't do that blah blah blah...noone had talked of that voice or those doubtful thoughts(too embarrassing) we all get until u. everyone talked of the overnight success...rags to riches while we all wondered how the heck to get beyond the fear...but talking about what goes on behind the mental scenes is bridging the gap between paralyzing fear and gaining the confidence to take a step and to keep on stepping.PRICELESS!!!

hello guys i gotta tell ya fist of all this is such a powerful website that i really appriciate its also comfortable cause we all share the same dream. ok well i have a property in the books that has great potential how do i give the house info to a buyer to see if they like it if i dont know the credit and equity involved cause i tryied to give a investor the info on the house but he kept asking me questions i dont know like the ones listed above im terribly confused and what if i dont find another investor to assign the contract over to within the time that i paid the 100/earnest money for please help!!!

Only today I heard in a workshop the same sentiments mentioned, about staying focus in the real estate business. Thanks Dean again for your great advice, I intent to stick it out and achieve maximum success. Good Luck and God Bless.

I think your right on point!! Assignments deals should be on top of everybody's mind they are simple and can make you great money, just because you locked it up at such a discount or structured the deal right you have the potential to make great money of a simple assignment... Plus it builds your bank to be able to buy property yourself... and the earnest money and attorneys fee's to revise your contract to make sure its valid and can be enforced, well its as simple as telling your Attorney and or Real Estate Agent to cash his or her check until closing, and the earnest money, structure the deal to where there's no or close to nothing earnest money, plus if you get a deal at such a discount like 50 cents on the dollar they will be so motivated they wont ask for any...
