The children are precious, and adorable. I have been an observer, in the past. Watching your emails but not taking them seriously. I have gotten my nerve, confidence and mind made up. I feel like I must get involved to get out of this rut. Looking forward to growing and learning w/this company.

Dean yes the kids are cute as all get out, I have 9 and all mine are really good lookin as well. no concede, LOL!! And of course I as well all of us are truly excited and motivated to with anticipation witheach and every new blog. I personally am excited about private lending.

Could some one from dgadmin or anyone that has been a dger for a while fill me on just exactlly what the private funding is about. iIs it really what it sounds like. We as dgers will be able to submit potential deals and get funding from a private groupwithin the dg family and partner on the deal.

hey Dean, I want you to know that your videos are very inspirational and keep me hoping i will reach the success i so desire! I am only 21 and dont have any money or credit to invest in anything but real estate has always interested me!! Im still looking for some sort of way to get my foot in the door hopefully i find it sooner than later. I dont have any college education and i work at a dead end machine shop job as a painter! so it really inspires me every week watching your videos and i just want to say thanks for everything you do!!

p.s. your kids are adorable!! i love kids and have a 5 year old niece i love to play with

Enjoyed your blog you're so lucky to have such a great family with kids.Glad the meeting with all the celebs vip's went well.FUNDING is turning out to be a major hurdle.There's tons homes in my town with potential but banks are very tight-fisted these days.They don't lend to people even with excellent credit lines for some reason. Do you know what's going on? They must know something we don't. The commerical real estate is skidding down a fast moving spiral of usual proportions. This came from my local real estate broker and mortagage consultant. My area is eugene,ore.This funding your talking about could be the ticket foe many us to weather all this. Hello Dean, I have been with you for one year and a half now and haven't completed my first deal as of yet. I am ashamed to say that! How ever I had to work two jobs 60 to 80 hrs a week. In January I had to quite those two jobs. On November the 9th I was laid off from my current job where I worked 60 hrs a week. I had to drive an hour and a half one way, 6 days a week. So try as hard as I might I barely had enough time in the day for real estate. I am not making excuses for my short falls. But now that I've been laid off, I suddenly realize how much I have been missing. It's like a big weight has been lifted off of my shoulders. I now have the time to do real estate. I am reading your book right now. I am gaining the wisdom and the confidence and knowledge to accomplish my first deal. And I will accomplish this very soon! Let no man stop me. I just wanted to share this with other people who have it much worse than me. I wanted the chance to say to you that I am a believer. I want the chance to tell you thank you for your kind and gracious heart for being there and providing us with your support. I mean what other person can you people think of that is wealthy and who cares as much as Dean does, would even think to take the time out of their busy day? Dean seeing your two little children showed me that your are the man who really does care. You have a very huge heart. I hope that some day I can shake your hand. I always knew this, but seeing your two kids brought more into focus. I am a believer. Thank you Dean and may God bless you.

Yes i see where if you have the terminology you
can fake it to making it. I actually told myself last week that i have the education at least enough to proceed forward with making deals i am personally going for it. advertisement is out there have alot of ideas to bring in customers and may just need some professional funding and some last minute advise.

You've become part of my family because you are so real on your blogs..let's see more of your wife, too.

Hi Dean,
Well, my confidence is an ebb and flow kinda thing. I get all wound up and life gets in the way. Things I have to do and have responsibility for. Then the wave comes again and something else happens...literally. It's life; but I will say---through it all, I always, always!!!!, have been jotting down addresses of properties I plan to research. I'm constantly talking about this house is in trouble and I think they moved out etc. According to my husband I am a danger on the road ha ha; because my head is always on a swivel and my eyes are not on the road ha ha(I shouldn't be laughing) I have found way over 40 FSBO lawn signs in various neighborhoods I have em ALL.... Did they get researched yet? Nope. There is such an aching to "Get at them". Over the months when your staff has called; they tell me how enthusiastic I am about REI. A couple of people from my REI Club have said the passion I have will lead me to success. I don't even question IF I will be successful which I think is strange. I feel it inside. It burns. I WANT to do this. Yet I do not pick up the phone. This is a gal that worked in a call center successfully using her voice to smooth ruffled feathers. Do not misunderstand me....I know REI is not an easy gig---you gotta work at it. I guess I just need uninterrupted time. One last thing. You said be the expert even if you didn't do a deal yet. I FEEL that too, BUT; when it came to naming my company I wanted to use the word expertise or experience in my slogan/catch phrase, what ever you want to call it; but was afraid a know it all client that knows nothing would call me on it, so I did not. Whew!!! Guess I had to vent a bit.

You are right. It is important to exude confidence as a real estate investor, so others will perceive that you know what you are doing and believe in you. As a newbie, I am looking forward in making my first deal to boost my confidence and learning the real estate investment business.

It would be great to have access to private money and real estate investment deals ready for the picking for your DG students. It would be a great way to speed up success in the real estate investment business. When I make my first successful deal, it will certainly boost my confidence, and it will give me strong incentive to make another deal.

This is the second or third time I have been on your blog. I am learning a lot and I will continue to learn as I go. I will tell 5 people this week I am a REI, hand out 10 cards as well to let them know I am an Investor and if they know any one who is selling their home to let me know. There is a lot of people at the malls and some are just sitting and resting and these are the ones I will speak to. If any one has any suggestions on my tactics please feel free to let me know as I am a newbie and I need all the help I can get. My last blog I stated I wanted to get my 1st deal done by Jan 31,2011 and I am working on it as type. I have two mobiles homes in a park that a seller wants to sell so she can more out of state. One she lives in and one was her mothers that pasted away, my problem is once I talk to her THEN WHAT???????????
I will talk or try to locate her today and see if I can help her out anyway at all. I am pretty sure she has a realtor and has not had any luck.This is the info I was given.
