I will never give up on my dream

Dean, I actually Sob uncontrollably, after reading ur last blog. I cant put into words what this opportunity will mean 2 so many including myself if we could actually put this into action vs a dream. To be able 2 afford this and 2 actually attain it, enabling me and so many others to success would mean getting my life and dignity back. The road has been difficult, and Dean u have been my only means to hope. Sometime ago I lost faith and if were not 4 U, I truly believe I would not be here. Thank u from the bottom of my heart for being so much more than u could've ever imagined when u started on ur journey to success. I know I know I speak 4 a world of folks out there that U are truly a good soul and we thank u.

This is amazing. Thanks Dean for your weekly blogs. I so look forward to your weekly videos. And thank you for all that you do. But just like Sandy Kline I already have lost everything and I am trying to start over to get my life on the right track. It has been a difficult road but I am going to keep moving forward and hope for the best.

I,much like the last commenter,am living on a disability pension and am three months behind on my car payment. If I know I can work this program and do it quickly I am in.My advantage is I have been "studying" the RE market for MANY years,but have never had enough money to get started! Oh to just get this off the ground. I have lost everything, I mean everything and no where to go! I have been hired and and laid off from three jobs in the past six months and lost all of my real estate investements from the past and ready to give up on life in general.
I can't even buy gas to look for another dead end job. I need help to make something work.
You probally have heard this all before but I just give up on people and life in general.
Your stuff is great but no one belives in your system and I really do.
Where can I go from here?

hi Dean,i think this new approach is a great idea,as you know funding and partnering with investors give the other half who has no funding,or no job ,no credit,no cash in the bank to do one deal,a boost and confidence.
